 Today in class we read a poem. Before we could read the poem it was a fire in the school and we were outside for thirty minutes. After we came back we read the poem “Heart, we will forget him”. The poem was written by Emily Dickinson. Lastly, we analyzed the poem and then did our work assigned to us.

 write about a time when you'd dressed inappropriately for the occasion.  A time when I felt like I dressed inappropriately for an occasion is when one time I went to a birthday dinner and the theme was dress casual so I decided to wear jeans and a graph tee. So when I arrived I seen  everybody had on dresses, button down shirts and I instantly felt out of place. So I didn't want to take any pictures, or really even be there anymore.  write about someone you forgot My dad had this friend they were next door neighbors. So, one day while out to eat and the lady seen me and my mom. She was so excited to see me, but I did not know her at all. She was telling me all about how I used to play with her daughter and always be at their house, but I didn't remember her or her child at all.

 Today in class I learned about the different parts to an argument. Such as evidence, and rhetoric. I also learned that there is 3 types of claims. The claims are fact, vaule, and policy. Lastly today I learned that evidence can take on different forms depending on the nature of the argument.
